<p align="center"><strong>It was a great start to the challenge today!  Initial weigh-ins are complete and the first workouts are behind us.  There is one more challenge we have for you this time….let’s see if we can beat the weight loss from the last challenge.  That means we need to lose more than 245 pounds!!  Deb and I both have tremendous faith in our teams ability to win…so much so that we are repeating our bet again…the losing trainer pays for a spa day for the other.  So now you not only have motivation to lose weight for yourself (all the normal reasons look good, feel good, more healthy, etc…) and your team you also have to win it for your trainer!!!  Good Luck this week everyone…take advantage of the gym.  If you need anything you can contact either one of us.</strong></p>

What is most amazing is we now stand at a total weight loss of 161.8 pounds!!!</strong></p>

<p align="center"><strong>Each team had to do slams for 5 minutes rotating through the team to accumulate as many slams as they could.  <span style="color: #00ffff">The blue team had a total of 580</span> while <span style="color: #ff0000">the red team had 697</span> slams.  <span style="color: #ff0000">The red team wins the extra workout this week!!</span></strong></p>

<p align="center"><strong>This was a great week again.  Despite the challenge of a holiday week and having to go it alone everyone was able to rise to the challenge.  Those who found this couple weeks challenging &#8211; PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP – do not let one week undo all of your hard work!!!  Just think we are collectively almost 162 pounds lighter then when we started.  Exercise and diet does work!! <p align="center"><strong>First we would like to congratulate <span style="color: #ff0000">Meghan</span> for walking 100,737 steps this week. That is awesome.  Don’t forget the pedometer challenge is for the duration so get out there and walk this week!</strong></p>
<p align="center"><strong>This week was the first individual challenge. The prize was a personal training session with your trainer during the week. The challenge was to be the last one &#8220;sitting” (wall sits).  Your trainers, however, underestimated your desire to be the biggest loser.  So after 5 minutes when the field was not down to one we ended up with multiple winners.  <span style="color: #00ffff">For the Blue team the winners were Debbie and Lauren.</span>  <span style="color: #ff0000">For the Red team the winners were John, Meghan, Fran, and Debby.</span>  A 5 minute wall sit you should all be very proud!!</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: center"><strong><span style="color: #ff0000">The individual biggest loser of the week was June from the red team who lost 4.08%.</span> As the individual Biggest loser of the week June wins the weekly prize of $23. <span style="color: #00ffff">From the Blue team the biggest loser was Tim with 3.56%.</span> Who wants next week???</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: center"><strong><span style="color: #00ffff">The team that lost the most was the blue team with 1.54%.</span> This was by no means a blow out…it was very close…<span style="color: #ff0000">the red teams percentage was 1.51%.</span>  Just so you all know how great these numbers are, between the two teams you all lost a combined 69.6 pounds!!!</strong></p>
<p align="center"><strong>If nothing else it was very clear today that everyone has tremendous desire to succeed in this challenge.  We cannot express enough how great we think both our teams are and we will do everything we can to try to help you.  This week was a really tight contest and the challenge is still very much up for grabs…get your game on everyone it should be a fun challenge!!</strong></p>
