Group Fitness Classes
AM Express Workout –An early workout to get your metabolism kicked up to a higher burn rate for the rest of the day! With use of stability balls and tubing to give you a boosted cardio workout. Great for all levels.
Every Wednesday and Friday morning from 5:45am til 6:30am taught by Debbie or Tammy.
Total Body Strength – A strength-based overall body workout using stability balls, dumbbells & tubing to challenge your strength, balance and core. Great for all levels.
Every Tuesday from 9:30am til 10:30am taught by Anne and every Thursday from 9am til 10am taught by Tammy.
Total Body Challenge – A total body workout using resistance bands, stability balls and free weights to challenge all muscle groups with short bursts of cardio to get the heart rate pumping and burn calories. A class of variety to challenge everybody.
Every Monday from 6pm til 7pm taught by Cody and every Wednesday from 6pm til 7 pm taught by Debbie (first two Wednesdays of the month) or Wendi (remaining Wednesdays of the month).
Instructor’s Choice – This ever-changing workout can include cardio/weight intervals, plyometrics, core training, body strength and cardio endurance. This class is for all fitness levels. Take your fitness to a whole new level.
Every Sunday from 9am til 10am taught by Wendi.

Specialty Classes
H.I.T/ High Intensity Training
Tuesdays 6:00pm – 6:45pm (Instructor Cody) & Thursdays 5:30pm – 6:15pm (Instructor Debbie)
This class will challenge your endurance, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy using a combination of fitness tools (Bosu, Medicine Balls, Step, Ab Wheel, Superbands, Ladders, Jump Rope, etc).

Yoga
Wednesdays 7:15pm – 8:30pm (Instructor Erin)
Erin McGuire-Lytle, a certified instructor with eight years teaching experience, will guide you through a practice which blends many different styles of yoga. Through yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation, you will integrate your body, mind and emotions to balance all aspects of your health. Every class is unique and will provide you with tools to use in everyday life to find peace and well-being.

Yogalates
Saturdays 9:45am – 10:45am (Instructor Anne)
This class is a combination of classic Pilates exercises and Yoga poses. This dynamic combo will help strengthen your entire body, improve your flexibility, muscle tone, body awareness, posture and balance. You will leave class feeling stronger, taller, relaxed and rejuvenated! Yogalates classes are taught by Yoga Alliance Registered, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher, Anne Beauregard.
